BCP POLICY

Emeraid, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), as a provider of critical services in the healthcare sector, establishes the following Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Policy to maintain service delivery to our customers even in the event of disasters or emergencies.

In the event of emergencies such as natural disasters, pandemics, or system failures, the Company's fundamental principle is to ensure the safety of employees while continuing or rapidly restoring critical business operations, and to minimize the impact on customers and society.

This policy applies to all business activities, officers, and employees of the Company.

5. Organizational Structure

The Company establishes a BCP promotion structure led by the CEO to enable rapid decision-making and response in the event of an emergency.

6. Education and Training

The Company provides BCP-related education to all officers and employees, and improves effectiveness through regular training exercises.

7. Continuous Improvement

The Company periodically evaluates and reviews the effectiveness of our BCP and strives for continuous improvement.
